The Human Performance Institute is a pioneer in proven, sustainable behavior change, with over 30 years of thought leadership & expertise energizing elite athletes, corporate leaders, and the special forces. Teaching human-centered behavior-science experiences that engage and activate – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, and helping to prevent burnout.
J&J was looking for a brand anthem to help relaunch the business, drive growth, significantly increase the number and well-being of lives impacted, and increase sales as they completed the expansion of their Orlando based campus.
‘Full On Human’ was the answer to this need. An emotive look at individuals who with the help of the program are able to push through and be truly present.

With the concept crafted during a snowstorm, ‘Full On Human’ follows the stories of three achievers, energized and aligned in some part of their daily routine. These are moments of pushing through, of showing up–mentally, physically, emotionally, productively. They are totally engaged, talent and skill ignited.
This spot was produced in Santa Monica, LA with production partner friends PF100 and director Adam Neustadter. With the footage color graded at The Mill, ensuring that the final look truly looks beautiful.
The spot and cutdowns were used for promo and on the Human Performance Institute’s website’s homepage ensuring the program’s value was truly elevated. This helped the participant numbers reach 77,700 within a few months of going live.
